I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, especially thanks to the spacious and comfortable club rooms. The service was fantastic, particularly from Mr. Lama, who made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a lovely stay overall in this hotel. The view from our room was stunning, especially on sunny days. The food was delicious and the service was prompt, but the lack of railings on the stairs to the executive suite was a bit of a challenge for our elderly companions. Additionally, the lift only goes up to the 4th floor, which made it somewhat inconvenient for accessing the higher floors.

The Executive Suite we booked had a fantastic glass verandah with a great view of the Kanchenjunga. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family of four. However, climbing stairs to reach the higher floors was difficult without railings.

The service was commendable, especially Mr. Diwakar Rana, the manager, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He went out of his way to assist with our requests. However, the request for scissors took longer than expected to fulfill.
